Payments
Payments are milestone-based as agreed in the proposal. Work may be paused if payments are delayed. Third-party costs (domain, hosting, licences, ad spend) are payable separately.
Intellectual Property
On receipt of full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables created for the client is transferred to the client. Tatly Coders may showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tatly Coders is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our services, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
